Palazzo Bianca Cappello Residenza D'Epoca Hotel Florence

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, making sure guests feel welcome and cared for during their stay.

The staff were wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was huge, beautifully decorated, and was like a palace. The location was perfect, close to everything but quiet at night. The building had a rich history.

We had an really good stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, always going above and beyond to assist us with everything from recommendations to organizing tickets for attractions. The room, a prestige suite, was really good. It was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with a large bed filled with soft cushions and pillows. The bathroom was fine, with a spacious and powerful rainfall shower. The hotel's location in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all the main attractions in this city.

Exceptional staff, helpful with tickets and restaurant recommendations. Prestige suite was spacious & comfortable with a massive, soft bed. Decent minibar with free tea/coffee. The shower was stunning with a large rainfall shower head. Beautifully finished historic building in a quiet yet central location.

The location was perfect! We were in a quiet neighborhood, yet within walking distance of major sights and everything in Firenze. The Suite Prestige room was amazing, with modern amenities, beautiful decor, and stylish furniture. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the city and its surroundings. The breakfast was delicious and there were great traditional Italian restaurants nearby. The building itself had a rich history and the rooms were spacious and ornately decorated.

I wish there were more facilities like a pool or bar.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just off the main path, awesome for a quiet stay while still being within walking distance of most attractions in Florence. we had an amazing experience at Palazzo Bianca and would highly recommend it to others.
